House Bill 1246, introduced in the Maryland House of Delgates, would require Constellation Energy (Baltimore Gas & Electric) to return $528 million in “stranded costs” to Maryland ratepayers if it decides to build a new reactor at Calvert Cliffs. Text of bill here.
